TRANSIT TIMEMost items ship within one business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. (Please note that we usually SHIP within one business day, not DELIVER within one business day.) Many orders will ship the same business day if your order is received by noon Pacific Time, however please be aware that credit card issues such as a declined credit card or invalid billing address information will delay processing and shipment of your order. Shipments outside the US usually ship in 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 5-10 days after the order is placed.
Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart above). Only business days are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.
SHIPPING METHODSWe offer several options for shipping of your order including Standard Ground, Rush, and Express shipping. (NOTE: Gift baskets and any items marked "Ground Shipping Only" must be shipped via Standard Ground. These items cannot be shipped outside the continental US.) Please see chart below for rates and information on International shipments and shipments to Canada.
Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week from the date you order to arrive via UPS. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing either our Rush or Express shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.
MILITARY ADDRESSESDue to recent restrictions imposed by the US Postal Service we no longer ship to military addresses, (APO, AFO, etc).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (This includes all orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada.) Shipments outside the US usually ship from our warehouse 1-2 business days after order is placed and usually arrive within 10 days or less after the order is placed.
International orders cannot be shipped to a separate address -- they may only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.
Important Information for Canadian & International CustomersWe are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges and receive no portion of them. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them .
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.
